Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services operated by Aethernet Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Aethernet”, “we”, “us”), including aethernetcloud.com and ZWDS (app.aethernetcloud.com) (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you reside in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service via automated means without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated.
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

5. Nature of ZWDS content

ZWDS is an AI-powered tool for personal reflection and entertainment. The information, analyses, and insights generated by ZWDS are based on traditional Chinese astrological frameworks (Zi Wei Dou Shu) combined with modern AI reasoning. These are not predictions and should not be relied upon as:

• Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Career, relationship, or major life decision guidance

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from ZWDS. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, branding, and design, is owned by Aethernet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., your birth details, chat messages); by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-generated content

Content generated by AI within the Service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI outputs may reflect biases present in training data or unexpected behaviors. Use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

8. Enterprise services

Engagements for AI consulting, system integration, and infrastructure services are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement). These public Terms do not constitute an offer or commitment to provide enterprise services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, harms the Service, other users, or Aethernet. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by emailing contact@aethernetcloud.com.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHERNET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aethernet harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Arbitration Rules. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
